This Privacy Policy explains how LizCorp Holdings, Inc. d/b/a Beamroom (“Beamroom,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses personal information when you visit beamroom.com, shop with us online or at a physical retail location, contact us, or otherwise use our services (collectively, the “Services”).

  • Delivery information, such as delivery address, contact number, delivery instructions, delivery status, and approximate location inferred from an IP address.

  • Communications and content, such as messages you send us, customer-service correspondence, reviews or comments you choose to submit, and product, style, or marketing preferences.

  • In-store information, including security-camera footage collected at physical locations we operate for safety, security, and loss-prevention purposes.

  • Delivery and logistics partners, which may receive your name, address, telephone number, delivery instructions, and order information needed to complete a delivery.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some disclosures to advertising or analytics partners may be treated as a “sale,” “sharing,” or use for targeted advertising under certain privacy laws.

6. Shopify

Our online store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes personal information to provide its platform and may process information in countries other than where you live. Depending on the Shopify services and settings used by Beamroom, Shopify may also use information to improve or personalize its services or advertising.

An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, subject to verification of the agent’s authority. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the message. You can opt out of marketing text messages by replying STOP. We may still send non-marketing messages, such as order and service communications.

9. Children

The Services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can take appropriate action. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of individuals under 16.
